How to Book

Please read the Booking Conditions and download a Booking Form, either as a Word document which can be completed on line, saved and returned to us online as an attachment, or as a  PDF document which opens in a separate window and can be printed and returned to us by post.

Payment: You can pay online using PayPal’s secure payment system. This enables you to spread the cost using your debit or credit card; additionally, if you pay by credit card you have the protection of the Consumer Credit Act for purchases over £100, You do not need a PayPal account to take advantage of this easy free payment solution. Just complete the Booking Form and return it online. Then pay your deposit using the yellow PAY NOW button opposite, entering the details required. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement of your payment by email. You will receive an invoice for the balance which is payable also by PayPal 8 weeks before departure.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please attach two cheques to the Booking Form, one non-returnable deposit for £60 and a second cheque for the balance, postdated 8 weeks prior to your holiday date. Please note that we will be away from 10 November - 10 December and unable to acknowledge payments sent by post during that period.

More than One Break:  If booking for more than one break, please make two separate PayPal payments or use separate cheques attached to separate Booking Forms.
