How to Book

Step 1 Availability Please check current availability by emailing: info@country-walks.com.
Step 2 Please read the Booking Conditions
Step 3 Download a Booking Form. This can be a Word document which opens in a separate window. This should be completed, saved and returned to us online as an attachment. Or download as a PDF which opens in a separate window and can be printed and returned to us by post.
Can’t open the attachment or problems printing? Just send us an email with your mailing address and we will put a form in the post to you.
Step 4 Payment (online or by cheque)
See the chart below for a breakdown of the cost of your holiday. You can pay by Bank Transfer, by PayPal’s secure payment system or by cheque. The easiest and cheapest way is to arrange payment directly from your bank account to our bank account by Bank Transfer. Please email us for our bank details. For PayPal payments you can simply pay your deposit/and or balance using the PayPal box opposite. Select the deposit, date, type of room required etc from the drop-down menus
If you prefer to pay by cheque please attach your non-returnable deposit cheque for £60 payable to ‘Country Walks’ to the Booking Form, and return it to the address on the Booking Form.
Booking more than one break? If booking for more than one break, please make two separate PayPal payments or use separate cheques attached to separate Booking Forms.
Step 5 Acknowledgement
You will receive an acknowledgement from us by email within a few days. This will confirm your booking and your accommodation will be booked. Several weeks before your balance payment is due (10 weeks before your holiday date) you will receive an invoice. Then approximately four weeks before your holiday date you will receive a detailed itinerary by post and other essential information. If you have not received your itinerary 2 weeks before departure, please contact us.
Pay by PayPal
What happens next?
When you pay by PayPal, you will receive an immediate and automatic acknowledgement of your payment by email from PayPal. This will be followed by a confirmation of your booking from us within a day or two. You will receive an invoice for the balance payment 10 weeks before your holiday date
